Our Process

Construction

In the Construction Phase of the project, we (CFS Consulting Group and the customer) build the proposed system. These activities include development of required custom components, setup and implementation of "off-the-shelf" components, integration of the components and testing of the system.

Construction Phase Activities
  1. Custom software component development
  2. Component and system test plan development
  3. Design and implement change control process
  4. Develop installation and implementation plan
  5. Develop end-user, system, and source code documentation
  6. Create application management documentation
  7. Perform unit (component) testing
  8. Perform system integration testing
  9. Perform end-user acceptance testing
  10. Assess product releases (alpha, beta, etc.) against acceptance criteria
